What does the expression "a good life" mean to you? Is it possible to define it?
If you had a good life...
What kind of home would you like to live in, a house or an apartment? How big would it be?
Would it be in a city or in the countryside?
What kind of food would you eat? Would you eat in restaurants or would you cook your own food?
What kind of job would you have? And would you even work?
Would you do your household chores yourself or would you hire someone to do them for you?
What kind of clothes and shoes would you like to wear?
What kind of physical activities would you engage in?
Would you like to learn a new skill? Like singing, playing an instrument, painting, dancing...
How often and in what way would you socialize with your friends? Would you go to cafes, the cinema or organize parties at home?
Would you travel? Where and how often?
How would you spend your holidays?
Would you own a car?
What about your family – if you could, what would you do to make sure they had a good life too? Your children, your parents, siblings...?
What activities would you do that you don't do now, and why is it not within your reach now? Is it time, motivation, money, or something else...?
Can we ever achieve a dream called "a good life" and is it even good to be completely satisfied with our lives?
How can we be satisfied enough with our own lives? Have you ever tried the technique of being grateful for everything you have, perhaps writing it down?
How can we achieve more in our lives?
When you are old and look back on your life, what kind of life would you like to have lived?
Would you have changed anything about how you have lived your life so far?
What advice would you give to young people on how to live their lives in the best way possible?
