A good life can mean different things depending on what the individual wants in their life. Some people want good finances, love, health, relationships, personal development, etc. A good life means I can achieve the following goals:
Good relationships with my family, relatives and friends - building a good relationship with my loved ones creates security, peace and community.
Good health is super important for a good life. Eating healthy and balanced food, exercising and getting enough sleep helps the body to be strong and free from diseases.
Development in different areas of life, for example developing my skills, learning new things, taking on challenges, improving my Swedish language. Being motivated and doing my best in almost everything I do, even in small things.
