Today we will learn how to use här/hit, där/dit and var/vart correctly in a sentence.
The above words ending in -t, that is, hit, dit and vart are used when the sentence or that specific part of it is about moving from one place to another.
Här, där and var are used when the sentence or that specific part of it is about an action is taking place in one place.
So in the first case we use verbs like att åka, att resa, att flytta, att komma etc., and in the second att stanna, att bo, att vara etc.
For example:
Jag bor här.
Du flyttar hit.
Han stannar där.
Hon kommer dit.

Vart ska ni?
