  1. What is good customer service according to you, how do you expect to be treated as a customer?


  1. You bought a pair of shoes from an online store. The delivery was made to the wrong address. You contact customer service and they tell you to try to find the shipment in your neighborhood yourself. What do you do as a customer?


  2. You go to a cafe and order a cake with cream and chocolate sauce. You get a cake with just cream. You ask for the chocolate sauce and the waitress rolls her eyes at you. How would you as a business owner prevent this from happening to your customers?


  3. You order a microwave online. It says it will be delivered to your door, but instead it arrives at your post office. You contact customer service because you can’t pick up the microwave yourself. What do you expect customer service to do?


  4. The microwave case, part two: After you contact customer service, they say the delivery was incorrectly advertised on the website and that they can’t do anything about it. What do you think a company should have done about it?

  3. You own an online school. A customer buys your educational video product. They tried a sample and decided to buy the whole package. After a while, they contact you and say they are not satisfied with the product and they want their money back. What do you do?

    a) You tell your staff to go and apologize to a customer even though they did nothing wrong, but "the customer is always right".

    b) You ask the customer to leave your restaurant.

  5. You are the manager of a nursing home. A certain user of your services is violent towards your staff. The staff are constantly insulted, bitten, scratched or bitten.

  6. You are the manager of a private but a publicly funded hospital. A new nurse has discovered cases of infections due to poor care.

    a) You fire that nurse.

    b) You talk to a nurse, move her to a better job, and give her a raise so she doesn't cause any more problems.

  7. You are a restaurant owner. A customer comes in and says you have a sign on the door saying you are sold out for the day. You realize your staff forgot to take the sign down. Do you offer free food to that customer?
